In terms of logistics services, the whole process supports real-time tracking and query. After the order is out of the warehouse, each transportation node will be updated synchronously, so that users can clearly grasp the order delivery progress at any time.
For objective abnormal situations such as logistics delay and transit suspension, we will actively follow up the processing progress and feed back the latest status to users in a timely manner, and continuously optimize the delivery system to improve service quality.
